From - States that which the Government of Madras, Bombay the N. W. P. and the straits settlements furnish seperate abotracts of their Financial Proceedings to the Financial Department the Bengal Government does not best reports its Financial proceedings with the proceedings in other Department to the Home Department it is decirable tht the Bengal Governmetn should conform to the practice of the other local Government and directs according by that the financial proceedings of that Government be furnished in future to the Financial Department direct instead of to the Home Department.
