Payment of a sum of Rs. 90/- to the Numberdars of Gilgit in consideration of thier relinquishing their right to the Rasoom payment of Rs. 3/- per annum which they received as compensation on account of the loss of water supply resulting from the use by the supply & Trasport corps of a water mill at Gilgit, etc.
