The expense of which might be greatly reduced by establishing a Paper by Tenders to be named the Calcutta Gazette - preference being given to the Military Orphan Press on the plan of the Committee - Vizt. to offer to the Society 3,000 Rupees per Annum for 200 copies & 70 Rs. in place of every 100 for 3 years with option of continuing - conceives the Orphan Society to have no claim to compensation, the total outlay for printing Government busines being sum of Rs. 62,265 per Annum , which it is an object to reduce - The work executed at the Presses maintained at the two Adjutant Generals Offices might be executed at the same Press as the other Printing Business of Government or if both the Press of the Adjutant General of the Army and the Press of the Press of the Adjutant General of the Kings Troops cannot be - Suggests that Dr. Wilsons Committee be placed in communication with the Military
