To Secretary - Forwards Court of Despatch no. 98 of 1856 dated 27th August replying to Narrs. of the Bengal Government relating to Junior Civil Servants adds that the question raised in the 15th para of the Despatch is under the consideration of the Government of India and that a communication will be made to him hereafter.
