Supply to the India Office of lists of names of crews of enemy ships detained at ports in British India, who have given an undertaking not to serve on an enemy ship while the war lasts, or not to engage, while hostilities last, in any service connected with the operations of the war. Decision to telegraph to the Secretary of State cancelling any lists sent and pointing out that they appear to be of no use, as these persons have been made prisoners of war.
