Held that the ex-territorial personnel application of the Telegraph Act, 1885, to servants of the King in Indian States does not entitle the British Government to set up or to permit the setting up of receiving stations within the territories of Indian States other than administered areas, and that permission for such receiving stations should be obtained from the authorities of the Indian States.
