Trade Unions Bill. Question (1) whether the registration of bona fide trade unions at present incorprated under the Indian Companies Act, 1913, will give rise to any fificulty and (2) whether companies, which are not genuine trade unionscould by obtaining registration under this Act, evade their obligations under the Indian Companies Act, 1913.
