O.T.Rlymen's Union Enquiry by the G.M., O.T. Rly. as to whether Mr. Bhattacharya, officiating Accounts Officer, O.T. Railway be permitted to continue as a member of and as a representative of the union on the Council of seven appointed by the All-India Rlymen's Federation to negotiate with the Railway Board on matters connected with the Pay Commission scales. The G.M., O.T. Rly. asked to advise Mr. Bhattacharya to case to be an office bearer or act as a representative of the -or of any bodies which it may be affiliated. Further examination of the question of the non-participation of a recognized Union of non-gazetted railway servants not pursued, in view of similar provisions made in the Trade Unions Bill, 1950
