Question whether the weaponsof as new pattern called the Measure and the Bergmann pistols, which are being imported into Calcutta, cam raesonably be held to be intended bona fide for sporting purposes within th meanig of Rules issued under the Indian Arms Act, XI of 1878, or whether they require a special order of the Government of India in the Home Department before they can be imported.
