Question whether the weapons of a new pattern called the Mouser and the Bergman pistols, which are being imported into Calcutta, can reasonably be held to be intended bona fide for sporting purposes within the meaning of Rule VI-6 of the Rules issued under the Indian Arms Act, XI of 1878, or whether they require a special order of the Government of India in the Home Department before they can be imported.
