Question as to whether Mr. Saunders, who has been transferred from the Deccan College, Poona, to the Government College, Lahore, as Professor of Philosophy, and who has been allowed two years after his transfer to Lahore, to pass in the vernacular, should be considered to be on probation till the date his passing in the vernacular.
