Proposed addition of three more Indian Educational Service professors to the staff of the Government College, Rangoon—one for English, one for philosophy and one for mathematics. Decision to transfer Mr. L. P. Saunders, Professor of Philosophy in the Government College, Lahore, whose services are no longer required by the Punjab Government to fill the professorship of philosophy at Rangoon if sanctioned.
