Intimating that under the new furlough under an officer can retireon the full pay of a Majoron completing 24 years service, out of which he is entitled to leave in India or in England for 2 years in the aggregate & no more. Should he have has move than 2 year leave he must serve the period in exccess in addition to the 24 years.
