Read a Despatch No. 8 of 1859 dated the 19th January, from the Right Honble the Secretary of State for India, forwarding in reply to Governor Generals letter No. 15 dated the 14th May 1858, copy of a letter from the Honble R. Drummond late Magistrate of Agra, together with his replies to the question put by the Commissioner of Investigation at Agra.
