From Advocate General - With reference to letter dated 20th Instant & Enclosures submits his opinion shewing the grounds on which he does not think that the proprietors of houses at Kydgungee which were pulled down by order of the Military Authorities for the Military protection of Allahabad on 1857 could mentain any suit in a Civil Court against Government on respect of such demolition.
