Resolution -In reply to Extract Military Department dated 22nd November last & with reference to the Director General Communication alluded to in the extract observe that the Pensioners might to receive their pensions free of Postage charge, & therefore while the present arrangement subsists the Presidency Pay Master should be authorized to frank his remittances,but a better plan would probably be to make these payments thro the Coll. of the District as suggested by the Director General.
