Resolution - In continuation of Extract dated 28th Ultimo communicates to the Financial Department for the issue of the necessary orders the approval of the suggestion of the Director General Post Office with reference to the balances due to the London General Post Office by the Post Masters General of India on account of postage that the accountant should remit monthly the sum shown to be due to His Majestys Government by the accounts of bearing letters received and paid letters despatched during the month credit being taken for returned letters & also for letters forwarded to places beyond the Companys Territories.
