Director General Post Office -In reply states that all pensioners residing at a distance from the pension Pay Master might have their Stipends remitted thro the Coll. of the District a Treasury order being sent monthly by the Pay Master with a list of the Payments to be made. Pensioners Stipends should be paid without deduction on account of Postage.
