Secretary Bombay - In reply to letter dated 29th September last annexes copy of a letter from the Bishop of Bombay Stating that the Church proposed to be built for the use of the Troops in the cantonment of Belgaum is to be constructed on the principles prescrubed by the Honble Courts of Director.
