Secretary Bombay - In reply to letter of the 17th September last states that a copy thereof was furnished to the Directors onf Public Institution for his report as to the feasibility of making a trial of the system of Pupil Teachers therein alluded to and that that officer submitted Draft renles and copy of which is forwarded with the observation that they are considered by that Government tobe judicion and calculated to carry out fairly the desure of the Court of Directors but before - the system into furll operation the furtta ordersof this Government will be awaited.
