Secretary - Transmits a dispatch from the R.Honble the Secretary of state for Junior No. 11 of 1858 dated 29th September replying to the Narrative of the Proceeding of that Government for the 3rd years of 1857 forwards also a copy of the dispatch from the Honble Court of Director to the Government of Madras no. 45 dated 30th August last attudid to in para 13 of the above dispatch.
