To Officiating Director General - In reply to the foregoing stats that the Registrars of Duds are authorizeds to send by Post without payment of Postage any letters or Packets or may account whether and that it is uncasonable that deeds sent from one Dest. to auother to be registered for the conenience of private partice or the corespondence relating thereto should be carried at the Public expense. the G. G. in C. sees on objection to the pratice of requiring persons interested in having registered deeds of correspondence relating thereto sent by Post from any Registars office to pay the Postage thereon and also the registrations fee when registration is required the Government ##
