Director General - Submits copies of letters addressed by the Secretary to the London Post Office to the Post Master General of Bombay. Intimating the reduction which has been made in the rates of British Postage. Prolibiting any postage being lived on Newspapers sent or received from France and directing that a Tranish duty of two Pence shall be levied on Newspapers sent or received from Panama. Jhons in two or three days and requests therefore that information regarding such charge should be communicated to the Indian Post Office Shrough the Honble Court as that notice of proposed charges may be received in two months before they come into force.
