On reviewing the correspondence on the subject of a reformed system of Vaccination, resolves on a partial beginning of it, and with this view sanction the appointment of Vaccinators to the Several dispensaries in Bengal and in the North West Provinces as proposed by the Medical Board Calcutta and the Commencement at Calcutta of the proposed near system. Cannot at present for reasons stated # a prohibotny law on the subject of inoculation # can establish the near system of Vaccination any where else until it is properly started at Calcutta Sanctions the measures proposed by the Government of Madras and Bombay.
