Granting Gazetted Officers Advance Increments: Sustaining the currency of penalty for an additional three years, beginning on 1.4.66. A sanction was given subject to the guidelines that follow. (i) The three advance increments that the current Railway officers have been receiving will be absorbed into future increments for them, so that by 1.4.70, there will be no advance increment remaining in their pay. (ii) Only those advance increments that can be absorbed in their regular future increments by 31.3.70 will be granted to the new officers who will be posted to the N.F. Railway starting on 1.4.67. (iii) As previously stated, the ability to receive the advance increments shall end upon transfer from N.F. Railway
