To Officiating Superintendent - In compliance with his predecessors recommendation of the 3rd Instant authorizes the following promotions and increase of salaries in the Electric Telegraph Department viz. Mr. T. Oshaughnessy to be appointed permanently 1st Class Inspector on Rs. 250 a month. Mr. Todhunter to be appointed permanenetly 1st Class Inspector on Rs. 250 a month . Messers Rushton & Tarnurs salaries to be raised from Rs. 125 to Rs. 150 each per mensem.
