Read a Despatch from the Honble Courts of Despatch No. 69 of 1856 dated 23rd July relative to a charge of postage made on a letter addressed to Mr. H. Waterfield on which full postage had been propaid by atamps in India in consequence of the letter hading ben inchrded in a packet of unpaid letter.
