To Officiating - In reply - Stating that of Letter are delivered to Mr. Waghorn in Egypt so that the Post Office charge at that place is interrupted, Government cannot understand under what authority the Post Master General has to remit the levy of Postage at the line of receipt into Post Offices of this Country Enquiring the practice in respect to Letters sent to the Care of Mr. Waghon.
