S. - In reply - Authorizing the Managers to draw from the General Treasury monthly the sum of 2000 Rupees until the orders of the Honble Court shall be received remarks on the embarassed state of the Funds and refers to the gain of interest on the amount of stoppates on account of leave of absence not applicable to the purposes of the Fund which will be noticed to the Court of Directors desired to submit an estimate of the maximum of the growing demands of the Fund for transmission to the Honble Court.
