To Accountant General - In reply -Authorizing him to open a Head of Civil Annmity Fund on the General Books for the purpose of exhibiting the monthly Subscriptions & Fines directed to the escacted from subscribing members & the payments on account of the annimities & desiring him to the report the amount of Interest payable on the monthly subscriptions & on the annual balance of the Fund as also the annual donation to be paid to the Fund & approving his proposition that all subscriptions be allowed to bear interest form the 1st of the month in wich the sums are credited .
