To Sub Treasurer - With copy of a letter from the Managers of the Civil Fund and Instruction on the payment of the Bill for 9000 Pound therein mentioned make a proper adjustment in the Books of the General Treasury to the credit of the Civil Fund of the transfer to an equivalent amount that took place when the Managers obtained the Set of Bills on the Honble Court which are cancelled also authorized to re-invest the amount of the transfer with the usual Interest on a Treasury Note.
