Secretary of State furnished with a copy of a letter from the Government of Bengal, reporting that the villagers of Moreeawan, in Behar Agency, who had previously complained of having been forced against their will to cultivate poppy, have now petitioned to be allowed ot continue the cultivation of the plant.
