Proposed grant to Mr. P. S. Quarry, a Superintendent of Police, in Bengal, who was transferred from the Opium to the Police Department of permission to count his service in the Police Department from the 10th May 1909 instead of from the 9th September 1909 and to earn increments in the time-scale of pay from the former date.
