Question of the pay to be allowed under the time-scale (1) to officers appointed to the Indian Police from other Departments or after service elsewhere than in India, and (2) to officers of the substantive rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police, who were on the 1st January 1919 in receipt of a higher rate of salary under the graded scale than that admissible under the time-scale.
