Enquiry from the Govt. of the U. P. as to whether certain orders by the Govt. of India re. the pay the allowances to be granted to Govt. servants who have volunteered for mily. duty and the treatment of the vacancies caused thereby, apply to the cases of certain police Inspectors and Sergeants who have been permitted to enlist or return to mily. duty.
