Enquiry by the Govt. of the U.P. whether Mr. Blunden an Asstt. Supdt. of Police, who joined the I.A.R. of Officers in July 18 & now on privilege have ex-india is refurning to his civil duties on the expiry of his leave & if so request that his services may be replaced at the disposal of the govt. of the U.P. from the dak he proceeded on leave.
