In reply to office memo No 123 of 21st Decr 1850 forwards extract para 6 of Honble courts despatch No 21 of 1850 authorizing major Ramsay Mily Secy to the G.G who procuded to European special duty to be considered on servie and to draw his Indians allowances during his absence.
