With refrence to officiating secy letter no 588 of the 21st july 1852. forwards, transcript of one, from the Adjt General of the army, no 546, dated, 2nd Instt, also original documents, connected with Gunner Robert livingstone, who has been struck off the strength of th emadras army as trasferred, to teh Bengal Establishement from 15th septemeber 1852.
