With reference to a letter of the 3rd Many last, transmits copy of One from the Deputy Adjutt. Genl. of the Army, together with the original Documents therein mentioned connected with Gunner J. Griffin Alias Richard Angustus Wood, who has been struck off the strength of the Madras Army as trasferred to the Bengal Establishment from the 13th September 1850.
