In reply to a despatch of the 6th Ultimo, intimates that the Governor General observes that the Barracks at Hazareebaugh are reported to be in good, serviceable Condition, that His Lordship does not think it either Politic orEconomical to full down good Buildings when they exist. And that His Lorship remarks that, though they are not required at present no body can tell whether they may not be, next Month.
