Concurs generally with the Military Board in their remarks on Colonel Boilean's Plan for European Barracks at Ferozepore. States that, with the exception of dividing the 1/2 Company Barrack into 2 portions instead of 3, His Lordship does not think that Colonel Boilean's alterations are improvements on the standard Plan for the Punjanb Barracks.
