Proposal to grant the Treasurer of the General Post Office at Calcutta an allowances of Rs. 100 a month with effect from the 1st Feb. 1913, in consideration of his accepting the responsibility for the safe transit of the cash remittances which have to be made between that office and its sub-offices.
