Decision That With Effect From The 1st. April, 1909, The State shall Pay The Landlords Taxes (E.S. House and Ground Taxes) In Respect of The European Clerks' Cottages at Simla, and That The Tenants Shall pay In Addition to The Rent, The Service Taxes Levied By The Municipality (E.G. Water Tax) and Also Conservancy Charges. The Last Sentence of rule 12 of The Revised Rules (1900) for The Occupancy of The Cottages altered Accordingly
