E(Coop) /55/canteen/11 dated 13-9-56, can the administration also be responsible for paying rent on sanitary and electric installation service taxes and charges for water and electricity consumed? (ii) If furniture and equipment are to be provided exclusively during the early phases, or if they can be provided whenever new needs are requested. clarified (i) that in accordance with the Board's letter dated 13-9-56, which was referred to, the facilities should be expanded to canteens turned over to committees of Management for cooperative societies. (ii) that anytime a canteen is enlarged to accommodate more staff, new furniture and equipment may be given at the administration's expense, provided that it is determined that such additional equipment is essential. II. The determination that the canteen may purchase cinders, scrap wood, steam coal, etc. under the same terms as they are supplied to Rly employees
