The decision stipulates that apprentice mechanics undergoing training in railway workshops, as well as other apprentices (not covered by the Apprentices Act of 1961) employed by printing presses and workshops, who currently receive only 15 paid holidays, will also be eligible for 12 days of casual leave per calendar year
