Decision that apprentice mechanics under training in the Railway workshops and also other apprentices (who are not governed by the apprentices Act- 1961) attached to the workshops and printing presses, who are at present getting only 15 paid holidays will, in addition be entitled to the casual leave of 12 days in a calendar year
