N.F. Railway reference to overtime payment to work shop employees' credit for reinstated hours worked on the day of paid leave. The N.F. Railway has advised that the payment of overtime is governed by the Factories Act in the case of workshops covered by the Act, and that the current overtime payment system for the interim period between the restored hours and the statutory limit at the bare rate is governed by the Factories Acts as well. As a result, the Railway's suggestion was not eligible for consideration
