(1) All subordinate officers are notified that, subject to the 1250 cap, the Secretary of State has confirmed the provisional instructions allowing senior officers appointed to lower-level positions to receive time-scale compensation. The directives authorising certain reorganisations related to cadre appointments in the North-West Frontier Province have been verified by the Secretary of State, according to the Chief Commissioner of the North-West Province. (3) The Governor-General's Agent, Rajputana, has been notified that the Secretary of State has validated the directives permitting him to assign his Third Assistant to any Political Agency that may occasionally need his services
