(1) The status of the appointment of the District Judge in Peshwar was changed from inferior to superior, and the Assistant Political Agent in Chitral was changed from superior to inferior. (2) The Chief Commissioner and Agent to the Governor-General of the North-West Frontier Province is authorised to appoint the Assistant Political Agent, Dir and Wat, to any district or political agency within the North-West Frontier Province where the services of an Assistant may occasionally be required.
