Additionally, the Governor General in Council authorises the appointment of the Superintendents and C., following the scale permitted at Agra. asks for the strict implementation of cheque registers and promises to report directly to the Financial Department on any new budgetary requirements that may arise from the now-approved modifications to the arrangements
